Welcome to La Boucherie Chalong. By accessing our website or using our services (including making reservations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations
1.1 Booking Policy
Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or through third-party platforms. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
1.2 Arriving Late
We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes past the booked time. After this period, we may release your table to walk-in guests without prior notice. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
1.3 Group Bookings
For groups of 6 or more guests, a non-refundable deposit or credit card guarantee may be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated to you when you make your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before: No charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply for group bookings where a deposit was taken.
- No-shows: For groups with a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding as no-shows affect our ability to seat other guests.

3. Dining Policies
3.1 Dress Code
We observe a Smart Casual dress code. Guests wearing beachwear, athletic clothing, or other attire deemed inappropriate for a dining setting may be refused entry.
3.2 Alcohol Service
We comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Service of alcohol may be refused at the discretion of our staff. Guests must be 20 years of age or older to consume alcohol on our premises.
3.3 Outside Food & Beverages
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages onto our premises, with the exception of celebration cakes arranged with advance notice. A plating fee may apply.
3.4 Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to ask any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or detrimental to other diners to leave the premises.
4. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of La Boucherie Chalong and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Boucherie Chalong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the services directly provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
